It was quite a deserted place, since it was a Tuesday. We were greeted by a 7-storey pagoda. The climb up to the top floor was so tiring (yes, I know how ridiculous it sounds, but I don't exercise often) but it was really cool and breezy up on the 7th floor. And not forgetting the quite-bird-eye view of the whole area plus the surrounding housing estates.
Some fallen flowers that looked quite "poetic" xD

We continued wandering around, and eventually crossed an arch bridge called White Rainbow Bridge which links Chinese Garden to Japanese Garden. According to Google, the bridge was built in the style of the 17-Arch Bridge (十七孔桥) at the Summer Palace (颐和园) in Beijing, China.

In Japanese Garden, we found a place beside a small pond that was rather scenic. So we took some photos there, and we saw a white bird!!! (sorry guys I need to Google its name xD) It was resting gracefully on the rocks in the pond. I wish I had a telephoto zoom lens so I could take better photos of it!!!

My friend was feeling really dehydrated (Note to everyone: Bring water whenever you're outside!) so we decided to walk back to Chinese Garden and back to "civilisation". We saw the 12-Zodiac Statues in Chinese Garden, and also a statue of Confucius. I really wanted to take photos with the Rat statue, but there was a chameleon on it. It was really funny because the chameleon held its head proudly, high up in the air. And it really reminded me of Lion King!
"Chameleon King"! This photo cracks me up so much!

And yeah, that's all for my afternoon "stroll" in Chinese and Japanese Garden.
Have a great day/night! :)
