Hong Kong - P.M.

Guess who always says she will update her web spaces regularly? /points at myself/
And guess who always doesn't keep her promises? /points at myself again/

Ok honestly I am SO bad at this...and I found this post in my draft that was meant to be posted a few months ago. Now, freshly into 2018, I shall attempt to revive my blog once again!

A quick look through my archive led to the discovery that the last time I did a "Year in Review" kinda post was in 2014 /laugh cry emoji/ I thought I should bring it back, since 2017 had been a rather interesting year (I think? I don't quite remember tbh, hence the need for Reviews)

Many months have passed since I last updated, but things don't change - I still ramble in my posts, I still don't write captions for my photos, and I still don't update my blog regularly (despite saying that I WILL UPDATE REGULARLY in every. single. post.)

All right. Enough ramblings! Hope you enjoy these photos from last April. :)

Hong Kong - A.M.

Hong Kong, in the day time. The high-density buildings, the signboards in Traditional Chinese, the trams, the street art, and the people on street.

Hi guys! Sooooo this post (and the upcoming ones) are, in fact, 4 months late. But it's better late than never right? However, I've been facing some writer's block (or simply my laziness in writing / the lack of creative writing has led to an even worse creative block - and hence the lousy blog opening. In addition, I've been really really lazy at updating all my Internet spaces: my blog, my Flickr etc. Will tryyyy to post more here, since I have in fact been taking some photos, and also venturing into some more creative edits.

And I'm thinking of doing an overhaul kinda thing!!! I think its time to change my profile photo (it has been the same one since years ago), and the blog layout as well. But I'm absolutely terrible at anything html related...so let's see how it goes from here.

Okay I am just rambling nonsense at this point. Shall end off this post, and hopefully I will post my next post really soon. :)

Till the next time!

Korea Video Dairy - Part 2

Hey guys!

So...finally! Here's the second (and final) video diary of South Korea.

And yeah I've been AWOL and been neglecting my blog for a looong while. So here's a little update on my life. I'm currently at the last leg of my first semester at uni - revision for final exams. While at the same time trying to finish a 3000-word essay as decent as possible. #toughlife

Anyway.

Going through the footage just reminds me of the time I spent in Korea. Of course not everything was captured on camera, but I tried to make this video as representative of my trip there as possible. Am really missing the place so much; can't wait to go back!

Hope you enjoy the video!

The City, and all the others

City
/ˈsɪti/

A large town.

An area where many people live and work, with high density buildings, often characterised with modern skyscrapers; and sometimes featuring historical buildings, as seen in Seoul.

A lively, charismatic place that is always buzzing with people and activities, just as the saying goes "the city never sleeps".

And all the others:

The people, the nature, the floral and fauna, and us, the travellers.

Aaaaand that's the end of this series of themed posts! Hope you've enjoyed reading them as much as I've created them :)

Perhaps I'll write another post, with the goofier photos of us taken during the trip, to show you what happens behind the scene/the real-er and derpy-er side of the three of us HAHAHA. All right till then, have a great day wherever you are!
